MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your Mission at La Villita experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!
At Mission at La Villita, we have an on-site maintenance team ready to assist Monday through Saturday, and on call for emergencies like fire or flooding! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office if you have questions about your request.
If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about in Irving, TX!
We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.
If you are locked out during regular business hours, the onsite team will be happy to assist you with gaining access to your apartment.
If you are locked out after business hours, please contact a licensed locksmith for assistance, as the onsite team is not available outside of office hours.

Everything you need is right here at Mission at La Villita. Boasting a 24-hour fitness facility, yoga room, a resident clubhouse, a soothing pool completed by a BBQ Grill, and so much more, your new home is equipped with all the spaces that make Irving living so much better.
We can't wait to welcome you and your furry friend to your new home! We allow up to 2 pets per home with a $350 non-refundable fee, $150 refundable deposit, and $30 monthly pet rent per pet. Contact our leasing office with any questions!
At Mission at La Villita, our apartments are here to help you do more of what you love. Cook in a kitchen complete with a stove, dishwasher, microwave (in select units), and refrigerator. Our Mission at La Villita apartments are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEASING
We aim to approve all applications within 24 to 48 hours. If you have questions about the status of your application, please call our leasing team!
Mission at La Villita offers 4 different ways for you to pay rent, the online portal, personal check, cashier's check, or WIPS. If you have questions about rent payments, please contact our leasing office.
When living at Mission at La Villita apartments, renter's insurance is optional. We offer a Damage Waiver Surcharge for all our residents for $19 a month. You may opt out and supply your own 3rd party policy. For more information, contact our leasing team, who would be happy to discuss!
For internet and cable providers, you can use any provider you choose.
If your situation changes, we require a 60-day notice and lease break fee of 2x the rent. When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.
To set up your utilities, you can use any provider of your choosing. If you have any questions about setting up your utilities, please contact our leasing team!
Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.

Mission at La Villita has an amazing location where public transportation is right outside the property.
Great schooling and education are right around the corner as we are located in Carrollton-Farmers Branch School District.

FOR FUTURE RESIDENTS
To apply for your new home at Mission at La Villita, visit the Floor Plans page and apply now! You are also able to apply through the Applicants link at the top of the site.
When reviewing an application to rent at Mission at La Villita, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.
Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 3 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 6 times (gross market rent).
Past rental qualification is at least 1 year of verifiable 3rd party or mortgage payment history.
Our property uses Nova to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past paystubs to validate income.
Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience at Mission at La Villita, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.
Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
Our community was built recently, so we are considered new construction with very little noise heard by neighbors.
We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask upon move out that the unit is returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.
Mission at La Villita does have Valet Trash, Pest control, Community Amenity Association Fee and Parcel Pending monthly fees. However, you must pay any additional charges for carports, garages or pet rent dependent on resident circumstances.
Subletting and short-term rentals such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc., are strictly prohibited.
To make sure Mission at La Villita is as peaceful for all of our residents as possible, our community quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. We do rent out our business center for a fee, please inquire by contacting the office.
Move-in costs may vary depending on your approval status. Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a welcome letter that includes a detailed breakdown of all move-in charges. For specific information or questions about your move-in payment, please contact our leasing office directly.
