*Not a past/current resident - reviewing based off of my process experience. As of summer 2022, the management company and ... staff here are very sweet & are willing to help you but they run on thin patience from my personal experience. I do understand the housing market is extremely high in demand and especially prime-time season in the summer. I am a very understanding person & reflect my manners of 'please & thank you' for any customer service job - I work in the HR industry so I know what it is like to work with people in general. My situation was a one-off circumstance and the staff was willing to work with me throughout my entire process. I always informed them "thank you for your time & willingness to work with me" & gave them time to get back to me as I know they cannot dedicate their time to me as often because they are busy... but could tell towards the end of the process they ran out of patience and started giving attitude. They never really took the time to understand from my point of view/perspective & only really started to be snappy when I wasn't catering to responding to them when they wanted it. There was a disconnect/miscommunication through the grapevine as time went on and eventually the results did not turn out the way that I was informed throughout the whole process. I didn't fight it as no one really has control over the situation & the blame game wouldn't benefit the situation anyway, so I let it go & moved forward to finding a different place to live. The way the staff talked to me / communicated with me could have definitely been more professionally executed. Just based off of my experience, I still love the community, location, and budget/price - I would still live here in the future and still work with the staff. This is just my personal feedback and hope they take this into consideration on training their team members. This is a high-paced job & industry (we get that) but also have to consider that the people you are interacting with are trying to make a HUGE decision on where they want to commit to live & invest their hard-working money in. Thank you to the staff for all your help during my process. I hope one day I can be a future resident of the community! Read More
